Real estate has been at the heart of my life and career for decades. I am proud to be both a Florida State-Certified Residential Appraiser and a licensed real estate broker-associate, serving the Saint Augustine community and beyond.
Real Estate Background – Licensed Realtor® since 1985 and Broker License BK443531. I work with Sunshine Realty and Vacation Rentals, LLC, a local family-owned brokerage my mother, Jane Solomon, founded in 1985. Today, the company is proudly owned and operated by my brother, James Hays. My son, Jason Rowe, is also a licensed Realtor® and State Registered Trainee Appraiser, we work together as a team. Through Sunshine Realty, we assist clients with buying, listing, marketing, and selling their homes, combining market expertise with personalized service.
Appraisal Experience – State-Certified Residential Appraiser, License RD3883, certified since 2002. I provide impartial, professional valuations that meet USPAP standards. My appraisal practice is independent, unbiased, and designed to give clients clarity and confidence when making important financial and real estate decisions.
Important Note: Appraisal services and real estate sales services are always kept separate. I cannot perform an appraisal on any property in which I have a sales or listing interest.
