Ray Davis

Ray Davis is a Northeast Florida native who was raised in Jacksonville and
often visited St Augustine to enjoy the sights and take in the beaches. Ray
attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. His professional career began
in Miami in the telecommunications industry and later in Atlanta in the credit
reporting industry. His assignments in both industries included customer
service, sales, and business development. After several corporate moves
between Florida and Atlanta, Ray and his wife chose to move back to the
area where they already owned a condo on St. Augustine Beach.
He joined Sunshine Realty’s sales department in 2014 because he knew
several of the professionals there and because of the great reputation
Sunshine had earned in the community. Ray’s customer centric focus and
attention to the customer’s desires and dreams provides folks with a sense
of security and partnership when navigating the buying and selling process.
Ray enjoys “all things salt water” in boating, fishing, snorkeling and scuba
diving. He has two boats for these pursuits and even takes his customers
on boat rides to view potential properties and to enjoy the beautiful
Northeast Florida waterways.
