David Marks has been with Sunshine Realty since August of 2001 and serves as Rental Manager and a Realtor.
David was born in New York but raised in Jacksonville, FL before moving to St. Augustine in 1987. He graduated from University of North Florida with a degree in Communications/Advertising and after graduation he ran a successful travel agency for 10 years in St Augustine.
David decided to join his lifelong friends at Sunshine Realty in 2001 in the Vacation Rental Department and continue his love for the travel industry. He was promoted to Rental Manager at Sunshine Realty in 2006 and now oversees the training and support for the Vacation and Long Term rental departments.
He lives in Crescent Beach with his wife and daughter. He enjoys travelling, boating, surfing or just relaxing around the water.
