Jill grew up in Madison, Indiana. Her father was a civil engineer and her mother was an architectural designer so she had a lot of exposure to construction. Her first job in high school was drawing water lines for her Dad. After college, life led her to Denver, South Florida and finally to St. Augustine in 1991. As a graphic designer, she spent these years honing her skills in advertising agencies and contributing to successful marketing campaigns. The start of Jill's interest in real estate began with her own investments in property. She got her real estate license in 2015, and her broker license after that. Jill’s marketing expertise is a valuable asset to home sellers, while her unmatched patience is a benefit to buyers. Grounded in Midwestern values, she approaches each transaction with honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their real estate dreams. Alongside her St. Augustine born husband, she is proud of the two children they have raised here. Besides work and her family, Jill enjoys travel, photography, gardening, and exploring all of our beautiful surroundings on foot or her bike.
