Laura Kulaga moved to Saint Augustine in 2001 from the DC Metropolitan area. She bought her first home on her own back in 2012 and within that experience she was immediately interested in Real Estate as she had a great experience with her then Real Estate Agent. Laura graduated from UCF with a degree in Behavioral and Social Science and Public Affairs. As she was getting her Real Estate License she worked as a receptionist right here at Sunshine Realty and has been a member of the team since 2014. She has spent time working in Vacation Rentals and currently Offers services in both Long-Term Rental Management and Sales. This makes her a well-rounded candidate for any buyer, seller, renter or investor. In her free time, she enjoys being on the water as much as possible either boating or at the beach and enjoys her two beautiful children.
