Maya Asselta

Maya Asselta brings the experience of a life-long St. Augustine native to her position as a Realtor/Vacation Rental Property Manager. Born and raised here, Maya graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 2007 and went on to get her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida. Maya worked with Sunshine Realty throughout her four years at UCF, starting as a receptionist and going on to obtain her Real Estate license while she was still working toward her degree. She currently devotes her time to both sales, and the vacation rental division of Sunshine Realty, and takes great pride in providing a professional and pleasant experience to all of her customers. She became a member of the Association of Professional Women in 2011, a member of the Elks Lodge in 2023 and actively participates in many networking opportunities around town. When she's not in the office, she prefers to spend her time outdoors with her daughter, enjoying all of the beautiful scenery that this town has to offer.
