Daniel Lang, Esq.

Dan Lang has been with Sunshine Realty since July of 2001 and serves as Sales Manager and a Broker-Associate. Born and raised in New Jersey, Dan moved to St. Augustine in 2000 after having visited here for many years and deciding that it offered the best quality of life. Dan had been a high school History teacher, track and football coach for nearly ten years and earned a Master's Degree in History. Dan is an adjunct instructor at Flagler College in the History/Political Science Dept. Dan was promoted to Sales Manager at Sunshine Realty in 2003 and oversees the training and support for the sales department. Dan has consistently been one of the most productive agents in all of St. Johns County and credits his success to his desire to provide the highest level of service to his customers and to the support he gets from his colleagues and family. Dan will serve as President of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of Realtors in 2024 and has served as President for the St. Augustine & St. Johns County MLS Board of Directors in 2018. In 2021, Dan was named the Realtor of the Year of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of Realtors. Dan is also a licensed attorney and practices in the area of Real Estate Law and Estate Planning. Dan has two children and resides on Anastasia Island where they enjoy all things outdoors like fishing, the beach, parks, local festivals and historic downtown.
