Rental Rates listed above subject to the following additional charges:
** Security Deposit of $300.00 for beach houses and $150 for most condos. Some developments may vary.
**$65.00 cleaning fee (2 bedroom units) plus 9% tax required
**$80.00 cleaning fee (3 bedroom units) plus 9% tax required
**$100.00 cleaning fee (3 bedroom units at Villas of Ocean Gate) plus 9% tax required
** Cleaning Fees will be $125.00 for 3-4 bedroom homes, $150.00 for 5 bedroom homes.
**$25.00 service fee for all reservations
** Cleaning fees may be higher for any rentals over 1 week.
** The Ocean and Racquet Club Condos charge a $10.00 parking / security fee (up to two cars)

Additional Terms:
** NO PETS, RV's or BOAT TRAILERS ARE PERMITTED
** RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
** NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
**ALL holidays are subject to the regular Summer Rental Rates

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a security deposit refund
