Daniel Lang
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dan moved to St. Augustine in 2000 after having visited here for many years and deciding that it offered the best quality of life. Dan had been a high school History teacher, track and football coach for nearly ten years and had earned a Master's Degree in History during that time. He still teaches one class a semester at Flagler College in the History/Political Science Dept. of the college. Dan was new to Real Estate Sales when he joined Sunshine Realty in 2001 but with the help of the his new friends and colleagues was quick to establish himself as a dependable, and knowledgeable Realtor. Over the next two years Dan earned a Broker's license and has also recently added a Trainee Appraiser's license. He was promoted to Sales Manager at Sunshine Realty in 2003 and oversees the company advertising as well as training and support to the other sales agents. Dan has consistently been one of the most productive agents in all of St. Johns County and credits his success to his desire to provide the highest level of service and the support he gets from his colleagues and family. Dan, his wife Elizabeth and their two children, reside on Anastasia Island where they enjoy the local beaches, parks, local festivals and historic downtown. |

Born in Long Island, NY, raised in Jacksonville, Florida, David moved permanently to St. Augustine in 1987. A graduate of the University of North Florida and Managing Partner of a local Travel Agency for nearly ten years he puts his degree and years of customer service to good use. David activated his Real Estate License and joined his longtime friends at Sunshine Realty in 2001. He was quick to establish himself as a dependable and knowledgeable Realtor and Rental Agent. He was promoted to Rental Manager at Sunshine Realty in 2006 and oversees the Rental Department's advertising as well as training and support to the other rental agents. When not at work, he spends his time between his favorite hobbies that include surfing, boating, traveling and snowboarding (when possible). David, his wife Heather and their daughter, reside in Crescent Beach where they enjoy the local beaches, parks, and all the local festivals. |

Heidi Robinson

Heidi Robinson, a native of "The Hamptons", New York moved to St. Augustine Beach in 1999. Immediately, she enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and beautiful scenery that St. Johns County offered to residents. Once she set her foot on the sandy beaches, she resolved never to live in New York again! She spent her first few years in St. Augustine working as Sales and Marketing Director for one of the well known tourist attractions in town but decided after receiving numerous offers to relocate to other less desirable cities that it was time to take the next step in her career with a path that offered professional mobility but that could be secured permanently in St. Augustine Beach. It was at that point that Heidi decided to get her real estate license! After interviewing at a few of St. Augustine's most "desirable" real estate companies, Heidi knew that Sunshine Realty was the perfect fit for her. Almost 2 years later she has settled in quite happily to her real estate career at Sunshine and can be found working hard both in the Sales and Rental Departments! When Heidi's not answering your calls and emails in the office, she enjoys being a beach bum in the "A" Street area networking with both the locals and tourists for her next listing and buyer prospects.

Maya Asselta

Maya Asselta brings the experience of a life-long St. Augustine native to her position as a Realtor/Vacation Rental Agent. Born and raised here, Maya graduated with honors from St. Joseph Academy and went on to get a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. Maya worked with Sunshine Realty throughout her four years at UCF, starting as a receptionist and going on to obtain her Real Estate license while she was still working toward her degree. She currently devotes her time to both sales, and the vacation rental division of Sunshine Realty, and takes great pride in providing a professional and pleasant experience to all of her customers. She became a member of the Association of Professional Women in 2011, and actively participates in many networking opportunities around town.
