Directions from I-95:

Exit the Interstate at exit #311 (SR 207). Head north on SR 207 (east) approx. 4 miles to SR 312 (look for the sign to St. Augustine Beach). Turn right onto SR 312 and stay straight to the beaches. After crossing the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge, there will be a sign for Hwy A1A at the 2nd light ¨¢ DO NOT TURN THERE. Stay straight through the light on SR 312 to A1A Beach Boulevard. You will see a hotel on the ocean to your left, as SR 312 becomes A1A Beach Boulevard. The Sunshine Realty office is 1-mile south of this hotel, on the right, at the corner of "C" Street and A1A Beach Boulevard. Driveway entrance is located on "C" Street.
