From the Jacksonville airport, get on I-95 South. St. Augustine is an approx. 1 hour drive south of Jacksonville. From I-95, take exit #94 (old) to SR 207. Take a left on SR 207, heading north (east) approx. 4 miles to SR 312 (look for the sign to St. Augustine Beach). Turn right onto SR 312 and stay straight to the beaches. After you go over the big bridge on SR 312, you will see a sign for Hwy A1A at the 2nd light. - DO NOT TURN THERE! - Stay straight to the beach. There is a Howard Johnson's (Howards) hotel on the left, as SR 312 becomes A1A Beach Boulevard. The Sunshine Realty office is 1 mile south of the Howard Johnson's, on the right, at the corner of "C" Street and A1A Beach Boulevard. Driveway entrance is located on C Street.
